I have been experiencing this issue recently - the workspace is resetting very quickly within minutes of inactivity. I have checked my internet connectivity as well - I am consistently getting Speed as 70 - 80 Mbps and latency around 2 - 10 ms on fast.com. Could someone please look into this issue ?
