Unable to access module 3

I mam unable to access the module 3 despite having completed the assessment and debrief phase of module 2.
It is being shown as locked for me:

Can you please check now and confirm?

It was still locked. I tried logging out and logging in again. Then, it worked. Thanks.

This can be an issue at our end. But before that, please try one of the following:

1. log out and log in
2. clearing cookies
3. hard refresh.
