please check the file permissions of the log file. please check using ls -l command

You need to ensure the log file has right permissions for you to copy it as normal user, or you can instead perform the operation as superuser.

You have a blank vsftpd log file…Wont make sense to copy as it will fail the assessment

Google it you will find it out check how to run linux commands as admin

Change the permission of your vsftpd.log file to crio-user and then copy.
