How to get a particular word from a string which has no blank spaces

example a string is
NAME=“Hrithik”

if there was a space after NAME or equal to sign I could use AWK $3
but there as we can see their is no blank space how can I get the word Hrithik ?

grep can only make It find/search it for me
please help !

It’s a key pair value.
Similar to how you declare variables in bash.

Search for command source and check how it can be used to extract key pair values from a file.

I got it the NAME is the variable which contains the data which I want
just got distracted by awk as I am using everytime
