How to change run as launching user option

I am getting 500 OOPS: vsftpd: must be started as root (see run_as_launching_user option) error, where can I find this option?
In vsftpd.config file I can’t find this option too and when I try to change the ownership of this file it shows permission denied.

please use the following command

I am getting this error “chown: changing ownership of ‘vsftpd_v1.conf’: Operation not permitted”

@Rahul-Crio.do I am checking the ownership using ls -l and the owner is root there in both files but when i try running ./vsftpd_v1 vsftpd_v1.conf ,the error I am getting is 500 OOPS: config file not owned by correct user, or not a file

Hey, please run the given command in Sudo

Change the permission to Root

I did and the cursor stopped at a new empty line.

your Server has started now
