Help I installed vsftpd using sudo apt -get vsftpd

I am stuck since yesterday. I have not found any solutions on the web. How do I fix this?

Uninstall the vsftpd and try to connect using the binaries of vsftpd which you might have uncompressed previously.
ALSO MAKE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE CONF FILE

What do you mean by to connect using binaries of vsftpd? What should my vsftpd.conf file look like? Why cant I connect to localhost or the user ip?

I uninstalled vsftpd but now i am getting this.
