You dont have to create a file with .txt extension
And check for leading and trailing spaces

i have not created .txt file,
it should be,
vsftpd_vnumber
vsftpd_vnumber
right?

Clearly there is a contradiction here between what your ticket heading and logs, and we know log is always right :stuck_out_tongue:

You need to check your answers. Obviously you have missed a version or added an extra one.

i have checked and written the server number where i am getting remote connection closed error.

What about direction? How many directions have you written

only one direction…and 2 servers

Please check for any leading or trailing space as this problem was seen in many cases

From logs looks like your direction is correct., but versions are not. You’ll need to work on that itself. Also ensure there is no extra space or punctuation mark anywhere in the document. Maybe that’s the reason its failing.

should the versions be on different lines or same line separated by comma?

Versions should be on different lines.

Different lines, no commas, no space.

its like this
vsftpd_v(number)
vsftpd_v(number)

Are you certain both numbers are right?

can i say the numbers in the thread?

No I think that will violate the guidelines. You’ll have to check the versions and as @visargdesai said, leading and trailing space. That’s the only solution.
