I cannot connect to QBox server using Filezilla and getting the above error . I googled it and made the transfer mode to passive still the error persists. Stuck for a long time.

You are using the default FTP port of 21. We had changed this to a different port in Module 3.

Short trick for downloading any file from the QBox server if someone have trouble connecting with “filezilla” or “Andftp” .
Just type this url “ftp://” + workspace ip + “:8081” and then download the files from there. Hope it helps:)
