vsftpd and ftp are running successfully, and put , get commands are also executed but files are not transferred.
First you do get command and then you put the file server.
you able to get it??
sir i didn’t get it, i did ls for ftp_server there is upload.txt but there is no download.txt in ftp_client
when i send using put upload.txt in ftp console(pwd is ftp_client). the files is transferred but using get download.txt (pwd is ftp_server) says:
200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.
550 Failed to open file.
use ls after this and you can check
ls shows the transfered file upload.txt but doesn’t show download.txt
yes you have to put and get for files
yes thats what i did.
put upload.txt (in /home/crio-user/workspace/ftp_client)
get download.txt (in /home/crio-user/workspace/ftp_server)
this shows the sent file but doesn’t show the download.txt
please figure what you are doing, how can you get the file without uploading it?
even im facing this issue
It says 40b sent after i use put command but can’t find the upload.txt in server folder
