Can't download pcap file

I can’t seem to download the pcap file. I am using filezilla and it says “Failed to open “C:\ping_capture.pcap” for writing”
I have given all the permissions of the file to all users.

EDIT : I ran the app as admin and it worked.

Hey… is This issue resolved? I am also stuck at similar issue.

Run filezilla as admin.
