I have performed the analysis multiple times for the different benchmarks and my test cases fail even for the ones I’m most confident about. What should my next steps be? I have figured that repeating the same steps isn’t helping me and I cannot discover any mistake on my own at the moment.

Analyse the test cases that are failing. You need to be clear about what each milestone is asking from you. Only then can you get it right. Your answers could be wrong because you haven’t understood the problem at all or you are misinterpreting it.
