All modules are completed but i cannot see the tags in app

1. Describe the issue briefly
   i have completed all the modules but the qeats app is not opening so i reinstalled it but now i have no past order history how do i see the tags?
   update:my server wasn’t running now it is but i am not seeing any tags even though i have passed all the tests
