503 NullPointerException

My build was successful, now when i was trying to load the Spring boot application i get this error.

I have looked a lot but didn’t find any possible nullpointerexception in portfoliomanagerImpl.getStockQuote.
Also the webpage was not loading.

Problem is in static Instance you have taken inside the Portfolio Manager.
